Shipping + Exchanges + Returns


Hammertown typically ships via UPS from our store in Pine Plains, NY. Orders are usually sent within 2-3 business days. All shipments are insured and provided and tracking number through email upon shipment. If you would like us to ship via USPS, please make a special note. Items shipping USPS may take longer for us to process.

Returns/Exchanges of ONLINE* Purchases:

We will gladly accept returns/exchanges on objects in new, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact with 30 days of purchase. If you would to return an object, contact us at within 10 days of receiving your order. We will send you a return authorization form that must be filled out and included in your package. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges to our store.

Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately three-five days after the date of processing.

Returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they are packed properly and cannot get damaged on the way. All goods will be inspected on return.

At this time we do not ship internationally.

All seasonal items are a final sale.

IN-STORE PURCHASE RETURNS WILL RECEIVE STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY with proof of purchase.  Antiques, holiday or seasonal sale items cannot be returned for exchange or credit. Those are final sales.
