All prices are accurate to the best of our ability. In the case that an item is listed incorrectly, Hammertown reserves the right to refuse any sale and may offer the item again with the corrected or updated information.

Hammertown does not guarantee the availability of any item listed on hammertown.com/store. If the item selected for purchase is not available, we will make every effort to contact the customer and notify them of the cancellation.

Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically emailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicious or fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, at Hammertown’s discretion. Hammertown has the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged and your order is canceled, Hammertown will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the purchase.

In-stock furniture pieces, tables, mirrors:

Hammertown does not offer delivery on any in-stock furniture item out of the tri-state area. Customers living outside our Northeast area must source out their own delivery options and it would be a final sale.

If you are interested in a special order and live outside of our Northeast area, we can provide you with a drop ship quote.

All red tag sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
